palpitations & Tea

could tea be causeing my palps because i was fine today when i arrived at work in the office sat down have had 2 cups of tea now i have palps so now im gona eat my dinner see if that chills them out and im allso drinking plenty of water ?

Hey there. My new pdoc has me on a "caffeine free" week to see if it helps with my racey heart. Today is day one and whilst I have a killer headache my heart feels a little better :)

hi all of u who have to have a caffine week good luck u can do it i drink a lot of lift lemon tea its sooo delicous i only have 1 cup of tea a day now. yes i have headaches but this will soon fade its just the body asking where the caffine is lol

hey there i have changed from tea and coffee to drinking green tea with blueberry and other teas as i was suffewring when i had a cuppa or coffee x

Yes the caffeine is a trigger and apparantly you can become suddenly more sensitive to it. Try peppermint tea or chamomile if you can bear it - really calms you down. x
