Hi, I'm sittin in the cinema right now and I can feel my anxiety creeping up I feel like I can't breath properly,I'm feeling my pulse to check its beating! I've got quite a panicky feeling as if I'm about to die or something I really wish this film was finished so I can go home I've had a really good week the best I've had in ages, why has this crept up now I just want to enjoy the film without anxiety tappin me on my shoulder letting me know its there the worst part will be walking home coz ill be hyperventilating trying to get a full breath grrrrr I hate this rant over.
