Hi my name is Sheena

I have been agoraphobic with anxiety and panic attacks for 3 years. However, recently I have been able to drive to my doctors and the dentists and walk to the corner shop for a newspaper each day. These are big steps for me as before I had to have my daughter or my ex partner with me when I went out and then that was only in my safe zone.

I still suffer from anxiety which is worse in the mornings. I take ativan 3 times a day, citalopram 40 mg and a zolpidem at night to help me sleep.

I look forward to getting to know you guys on the forums.
