Keeping clean all the time

I have alot of anxiety about keeping clean after a bowel movement. For example sometimes I need to shower more or never feel clean and I use too much issue most of the time. Does anybody else have this sort of anxiety?

I have full blown OCD and part of that is what you have described. I always shower after a bowel movement, even if it's just to give that area a good clean.
