woke up this morning with a horrible kind of not sure how to explain it was like a streching feeling in the chin that feeling you get when you are about to throw up so i rushed up stairs and i was but it hurt alot and theres more to come but im panicking what is it i did have a pizza last night im just worried it aint food poisoning i feel ok not panicky or anything :mad:

It could be what you ate last night, it could be anxiety making you be sick. I really wouldn't worry about it as lots of people get sick.
