Woke up this morning - not too bad. Still shaky and anxious, but better than previous mornings.
It got worse however when I was getting my daughter ready for scholl and kept getting really dizzy spells. I mean about to fall over dizzy.
It's got me all worried again that there might be something else wrong with me now.

I'm also trying to stop diazapam. Any tips for the extreme dizzyness and very tight sore heads. Don't know if there are any painkillers that would stop this. Help please!
