hey there on day 7 of citalopram first 5 days were ok had dizzy spells, grinding my teeth lost appetite, not sleeping well, felt even more anxious, then yesterday after taking tablet in the morning got that ache that would come and go during the day and night in breast plate area on both sides and occasionaly under arm . Has anyone else had these side effects?????????, any advice or any comments much appreciated:)
