Easily scared ?

For example, today i was fine until i watched a programme on the tv where a guy had a stroke, okay i no he was a 67 year old guy and im a healthy 21 year old female, so surely my mind would understand this !
But no :( i start worrying thinking what if it happens to me, and this could happen with absolutely anything i see to do with health

I was close once to calling an ambulance thinking I was having a stroke but then ended up calling the Gas company thinking I had CM poisoning at 3am! It's kind of funny to me only
Now but it really annoyed the rest of my family!
