Dizzyness & headache - feeling off balance

Of course I'm worried about these symptoms - first thought that comes to mind - brain tumour.

I've also got pain around the eyeball & sinus pressure

This isn't the first time I've been worried about this but it hasn't been an issue for a few years.

Does anyone have any words of reassurance or help? I don't want this to get out of control like last time.

Wish I could, but I was having these exact symptoms last week through Saturday.

I suppose all I can say is that if you have had these symptoms before a few years ago brain tumours don;t generally go away for a while and then come back.

However, I know logic doesn't helps with this stuff. :(

one sided heaviness of the head followed with nausea and dizziness is this ny thing related to brain clot or tumour and i feel pain also in my head once on both sides and some times on the total part of head
