I'm sorry that you felt that you didn't get the response that you hoped for.

I think sometimes there are so many posts and some get lost.

I don't have HA and so I doubt my ability to say something helpful to you but I don't like to see people hurt by lack of response. I'm sure better people than me will be along to offer support.

Sometimes people click on a post and after reading it, They realize they can't offer any advice on the particular topic. I have gone through some of your posts and you always seem to get a good response.

Agree with this. Its not that people dont care, they are just probably not in a position to offer advice on the problem.
