Prodding has led to swelling ?!? :(

Hi guys! So I've been obsessing over whether my joints are tender and have been touching , pushing and prodding all o my tender points including my inner knee ! I could feel a slight tenderness and was feeling and pushing around and felt a slight pea sized knot lump on right leg . I don't know if it's always been there or not but it's not on the other knee :(
Now my whole knee feels tender and bruised and swollen :( scared its an infectious disease manifestation or symptom :(

Hi there, im forever poking and proding and have decided i will need to stop as lately i been giving myself bruises because of it, im sure you'l be fine our bodys have got lumps and bumps x

I have very lumpy legs especially when i poke deep enough, hope that helps a bit x

Thank you :) would the little lump thing swell up after me digging and poking around? Im trying to forget about it now but I can't!

Maybe all the proding just made the area swollen, honestly it'l be ok :) x
