Hi all, my name is Cat.

I suffer with anxiety and depression, but don't wish to list my diagnoses yet. I just thought I'd introduce myself to you all, I hope you are all doing well. I found this site through Google and am hoping I can gain some useful knowledge on the disorders I suffer with, but I'm also looking forward to being able to discuss my issues with people who have the perspective to truly understand. Not only this, but I really hope that I am able - through the wisdom I have gained from my own experiences - to help other site users in the future.

Anyway, I'll keep it short and sweet, take care all!
