I didn't realise that the Muller Corners I was buying were the ones with bacteria in, so by adding that + grenola + double dose of lactulose I now have cramps and bloating. I have been a couple of (sorry if tmi) very large bowel movements but am left with bloating and cramps.
Could that mix have caused it?
