New to NMP, hoping to help

Hi there

I've recently completely an 18 month treatment with Citalopram and therapy to get over depression and insomnia. I'm pleased to say my treatment has been very successful and I've learnt a lot of new ways to monitor what I'm thinking and how I'm behaving.

I "lurked" in a lot of forums like this while I was suffering so I've signed up to volunteer a bit of my time to offer advice and my own experiences. Hopefully I can be of use and give something back!
