Gastritus. What did it feel like for you?

Please what were ur symptoms for gastritus. I apparently have it.

I will be interested in this too , as I'm not so sure I do have IBS.

I don't suffer from constipation or diarrhea . I have a burning sensation intermittently down both sides of the abdomen . ( Before I started taking Mebeverine it was more like a gnawing pain ).

I have been quite stressed over the past few months .

I don't know for sure but I seem to have had bad stomach cramps after a 30 min walk ( don't know if its the walk or what I ate that day ).

I'm off to see my GP tomorrow , I'm going to ask him about this ( If I manage to get it in ). Would Gastritis have shown in my blood test ?.

My symptoms seem to be slowly improving . ( Having said that I work in education and haven't had to do much for the last six weeks ).
I am on Lansoprazole also .
