stuffy nose & breathing

For some reason, hopefully just to do with the heatwave, I have had a stuffed left nostril for the past few days. I am finding it hard to breathe because of this. Does anyone else get this in the heat - of course I am getting scared that it could be something growing up there, as its only one nostril

sinusitis definitely. so common with anxiety and thso common with the weather

dont worry its really normal, maybe try a sinus spray or olbas oil, that will ease it. i even went to the extreme of having my sinuses xrayed(no abnormalities). isnt anxiety a nasty bully luv tracie xx
