Weird feeling in head is back :(

exactly 1 month to the day-my weird feelings have came back :( its nothing to do wit my period as last month it was after my period, this month before my period :(
left side of head feels weird and like its not me :blush:
shooting pains in left ear and also jaw and neck .....
dont know what to do, doc said its muscular :lac:

I get wierd head sensations that come n go all the time it really frightens me x

It's tough I know as doctors tend to blame muscles for many things! Might it help to make a symptom diary, writing in it exactly what is wrong and where any pain radiates from as and when it happens (draw pics if need be!). If it occurs next month too, continue with the diary and present it to the doctor, asking for further investigations? Keeping a symptom diary makes me feel much more in control of what I experience and can be quite theraputic.
