Is this parniona schizophrenia?

Fear of being posioned. I hear a voice in my head that sounds like me but isnt me. I sometimes punch myself. And have many fears. I don't trust anyone not even my family. I can't go to returants without thinking that the waiter might have posioned my drink...Sometimes I hear whispers. Is this Schizprhrenia or am I just thinking too much?

It could be schizophrenia but needs to be properly diagnosed by a doctor and psychiatrists.
