Oh well have just opened post, from DWP, I had appealed against the decision that I had no problems with working because it is the decision of occupational health where I work that I do and I can't work without their approval. I supplied their reports as evidence.
ATOS say I can work without restriction and my work occ health are being very conservative about my abilities. I'm technically still employed without pay.
If this redeployment trial works out ok, fine, but if not I'm in the position of DWP saying I can work and occ health saying I can't.
