Hello!!

Hi everybody. I am SO happy to have found this website. I have suffered severe anxiety for 3 months now with varying symptoms, mainly surrounding eating and my throat hurting nearly every minute of the day! I have a great supportive partner but im sure you will all know, anxiety is a really lonely business. Hope to chat to some of you in the future. Bye for now.

Hi Ballandalloch and welcome to the forum. I to suffer with the eating problem, I feel really full up sometimes and then my heart races and I end up having a panic attack, I am having my stomach checked out at the moment but I bet it's our good friend anxiety. You will meet some lovely people on here, who will help you where they can, we are all here to support each other, you are defo not lonely with your anxiety anymore.
