Electric shock feeling

Today keep getting a electric shock feeling.

It's going from my back just under armpit. And radiates to top of chest so basically around the arm pit.

It keeps coming and going all day.

Anyone else had this ?!

I've had it from my shoulders down to my chest. I told myself it was in my head ..... it went away. That was after I'd been to A&E and convinced the doctor to give me an X-RAY cos I was convinced Imy UTI had spread to my heart ..... I'm a tit.
