sitting wrong ?

im abit anxious because i was feeling weird but i think i was sat wrong and has caused me to feel like horrible pins and needles kind of thing abit weird but all over my body could this be the cause of it ?

I get a pins and needles feeling with anxiety, think it has something to do with the fact that your breathing is more rapid when you are anxious so less oxygen gets in causing the pins and needles feeling...nothing to worry about :)

yeah it was very weird never experianced it before but im sure some on here have and could reassure me thank you guys

I get pins and needles holding the phone receiver for longer than ten minutes,I think because of using my arm and hand in one position for a longish time
and breathing and talking as well like Annie says
