Hi, anyone get this and/or think it could be anxiety?
About an hour ago I suddenly felt itchy on my shoulders/upper back and top of chest/breast area. I went to check in the mirror and I had hives - I remember getting them maybe once in my life? After about half an hour I started to feel really cold, goosebumps, feels like there's a cold draft (there isn't).
Not sure if it's anxiety, or the mashed potato (fresh, ready made stuff from tesco :blush:) I had for dinner causing a reaction? It's been a real bad week for me, I had to have my cat put to sleep on Tuesday morning after 5 days of him being treated for a mystery illness at the vets :weep: and my husband has been working away all week...
