Fluoxetine (Fludac) side effects ... nausea & Stomach upset

Hi All,

I have obsessions of getting infected and was worrying every small health issue even though i dont have .... so was precribed Fludac (Fluoxetine in India).

After taking it ... i think i have recovered but i feel Nausea and also fell like stomach upset .... feels like i may have motions .... but never had any of them ....

now this is making me fear that i am infected ....

Will Fluoxetine has these side effects ... did any one face it ?
will Fluoxetine cause stomach upset ?

I had alot of problems on Fluox, felt very nausea and was being sick, i couldnt eat at all without retching, i came off the drug after 20 days as i couldnt cope any longer.

Thanks a lot for the reply Spawn your reply started bringing me some hope... i am now on 10mg .... i took 20mg and it was like hell so doctor immediatly said to reduce and go for 10mg ...

i am hungry and i am eating a lot ..... but problem is nausea and upset stomach .... i feel like i may get motions and .... not sure if motions are side effect of fluox ... i am on 14 day of it .....

If your still eating that is good. Its maybe due to the side effects of the drug.
