Pain in thigh

For a week or so now have a pain in upper thigh on the side when moving starting to worry over it now :/

i actually have that too.. with muscle tics all over my body.

if it was anxiety surely it wouldnt be just when moving?

What kind of pain is it?
The fact it hurts when you move makes it sound like a sore muscle.
Did you do a lot of walking? Or use a lit of stairs.
Also if you sleep on that side it can make you feel sore.

It honestly doesn't sound like any thing dangerous.

I have that too,when I press there it hurts. I think it's muscle pain

Must be another anxiety symptom then haha. Thanks guys. I feel sick weak tired all day no appetite etc at the moment. Ache most of the day etc not even really anxious lol !!

Thigh pain has nothing to do with anxiety. Lol

It's more likely to be muscular. You may have slept or sat In a funny position. It's very easily done.
