Hi, sometimes I get a bit messed up.
It can be life, or maybe a friendship issue.
I wake up in the early hours and 101 thoughts go through my mind.
Why this, and why that? ...... it's 4.30am and it's one of those damn days![8)]

Like a circle in a spiral
Like a wheel within a wheel
Never ending or beginning
On an ever-spinning reel
As the images unwind
Like the circles that you find
In the windmills of your mind

I can totally sympathise....I get one of 'those days' often and also do the 4am waking. Hope you managed to get back to sleep and your day improves.
