anxiety

Hi guys this Is my first time on here. I have been having really bad anxiety for 2 weeks now. I keep thinking am going mad and gonna end up a schitzophrenic like my mum and start hearing voices, I can't sleep and feel like I have a tension. Headache all the time and then I start having crazy thoughts. Any advice guy? :)

I think that you should definitely go and see your doctor, this is not something that you should have to go through alone

Welcome to the forums. I agree with the previous posters that you should definitely see your doctor, if you haven't done so already.
