Blood on stool

Never really noticed any blood on my stool before but just saw a bit. That combined with the pain ive been having recently has me worried, but then i do think that with all the tests ive had something would show, especially all the blood tests looking for inflammation, white cell count, red cell count etc - surely that would be of a little off if there was internal bleeding?

But then at the same time the blood was medium-bright red in colour so it could just be a little fissure.

Quite worried now though/

edit: just thought I would add that there was no blood on the paper when I wiped, which makes me more worried :(

I really wouldn't worry at all about this. It's common and happens to most people at some time. It could be a little cut or even a small haemorrhoid but certainly nothing horrible.
Calm down and don't examine your BM's, that just makes us all more paranoid.

If you are a bit constipated then lots of fruit and veggies and plenty of water.
