Hi, some natural remedies that i've discovered are cinnamon and ginger.
They're both good for travel sickness, but work in the same way for acrophobia or vertigo problems. I have vertigo, so i've been told to try travel bands and travel sickness tablets (made from cinnamon) as well as ginger herbal sweets. They should block off the histamine receptors in the 'vomit centre'

they should help to put some minds at rest as well as having a physical benefit, i'm looking forward to trying them when i go away :)
