Aching limbs!

Does anyone else have really stiff and painful limbs?

The worst one is my left shoulder and arm, I kept worrying that I was going to have a heart attack but obviously I'm not as have had it for a few days!

Does anyone else suffer from this??

Yes I do. I play a lot of tennis and always about 5 mins after I stop playing my neck and shoulder start aching. The pain also happens when I'm not doing anything. Naturally I worry about something more sinister, but I'm sure it is just normal muscular pain. Perhaps your posture isn't great, maybe you're sleping awkwardly or you're on the computer a lot? Either way I'm sure you're fine :)

yes for the last three months most days somewhere aches. doc said viral arthritis maybe?

This is one of those things that we can avoid to a certain extent.

If you are past the age of 18, warming up before any kind of athletic activity becomes more and more important.

If you are in your 40s like I am, you'll find that your body become less tolerant of not warming up and of bad posture.
