Panics attacks lack of sleep

Does anyone else get scared of driving. I do. I always panic that I am going to pass out or some illness will make me crash and cause a pile up. This has only started to be a fear for the past 2 months.

I am now also struggling to sleep which is horrible. I sleep during the day now. any ideas how i can solve this. I do work, but I have been negleting all my work because of this.
