I have had anxiety come and go for over 40 years and have had periods of sore muscles but not I am almost totally crippled by severe muscle pain and off the charts stiffness. I can hardly stand up out of a chair or hold a book up to read.
My doctors think it is anxiety and not fibromyalgia because it came so suddenly. I have had it this severe in the past but only for a few hours. Now it has been weeks of unrelenting pain. I cant take pain medications as all I have tried I have had bad reactions to.
Has anyone else with anxiety had this??
