Pain, swelling and tingling in arms and hands

I am a 42 yr old male in decent shape who has had years of HA. I am not on meds. For several weeks I have been having recurring pain and light swelling in my elbows, forearms and back of my hands. I am also having cramping sensations in my biceps and chest muscles. Lastly, my hands have had lots of numbness and tingling. It is worse on the right side but both sides are impacted. I am sooooo very worried that this is MS, ALS or perhaps a tumor of the brain or neck. I don't have any pain in my neck but I am very very scare right now. I can feel the anxiety building and I have had a couple of small panic attacks. I don't want to google and I could use some insight as to what this seems like to someone who isn't going through it right now. I don't have health insurance so I can't visit a doctor.
