I had no idea where to post this.
When I get less than 7 hours sleep I feel sick (I have Emetophobia-fear of being sick so this causes deep distress-so I get very anxious on top of this feeling. Hoping I will be fine though), I can't function, I get exhausted, today I am feeling weak, a bit dizzy and also had d* so fed up. Anyone else get like this from lack of sleep? It's really bringing me down. I have had a full blood test as well as tests for diabetes and thyroid.. all fine.
Really hope I will be fine as I get so afraid of feeling like this. :-( xx
