Hi all, just wondering if anyone has any experience of Lithium?
My psychiatrist wants me to consider starting it in 2 weeks once I have been weaned off Effexor. I am going to do some research about it online, but thought it would also help to find out about any firsthand experience other users had of it.
He thinks my depression may be bordering on manic depression as I seem to go in a cycle of experiencing real highs followed by extreme lows.
