full of anxiety

full of anxiety this morning got that horrible feeling im in work witch makes it worse i just need to chill out but cant i started the horrible feeling last night before i went bed felt fine this morning when i woke up but then when i started thinking about it it started again :mad:

Hi terror-x being in work when you feel like thats awful, im often worse on a morning too and when im sat at my desk i sometimes cant do anything but think of how im feeling. i try to distract myself by talking to someone or reading something, sometimes that helps.

yes im still feeling awefull at work getting panicky now

I feel like that at work a lot.probably cos i hate my job.
I have to take a xanax going in to work. helps but im looking for something new now. (job not drugs!)
