Hi :)

In regards to the application I don't know what I would do to be honest as it is a difficult question for me to answer! could you not maybe go to a careers person or maybe the Job Center for advice? I'm sorry I'm not much of a help. :)

Anyway well done on your decision to go back to work. You will be nervous to go back but I wish you all the luck in the word. :)

They obviously put that on the application so that they know if you have suffered in the past and always have that possibility of falling back into that situation.

It's a difficult decision.I know a lot of people lie on application forms to get a job.You sound as though you're doing well, so a little white lie like that may not be all that bad.

Good luck with it whatever you choose.Hope you get the job.

Is the question on the main part of the application form or is it on the equal opportunities monitoring form? I know that a lot of public sector employers ask applicants to fill in an equal opportunities monitoring form (with questions do to with race, disabilities etc), but it's not compulsory so if you feel uncomfortable about it you don't have to fill it in.

thanks for replys :), theres a medical questionaire part to fill in on the application form, asking have you ever suffered, asthma, bronchitis etc, heart disease, arthritis etc then have yo ever had any mental health problems including anx, depression, stress etc. i dont want to say i havnt as im not ashamed to say iv suffered but thats in the past now, and i dont want it to get in the way of my life any longer x
