So I was laying in bed with my eyes closed just waiting for texts to get back and if i fall asleep then oops! But then this weird electric woosh went from one side of my head to the other. I have no idea what that possibly could of been but right now I am scared of my mind. I don't even wan't to go and try going back to bed, but i can't stay up forever :\. Can someone please tell me what that weird electric shock thing that went through my head. I am a nervous wreck! Like usual though. :weep:

It's a common side effect of antidepressants.
Also weird sensations are normal if you are dropping of sleep.
Things like your body jerking, feeling shaking, exploding noise/sensation in head, hearing and seeing things, feeling breathless, sudden racing of heart.

The more tired you are the more likely odd sensations are.
I often get them when I am very tired and can make it very hard to fall asleep.

It honestly isn't dangerous, just scary and uncomfortable.

Things like ms have a million symptoms .
So you WILL always find a symptom that is a symptom of ms.
The difference being symptoms don't come and go they progressively get worse.

No head zaps are pretty normal and in no way dangerous :)
