So today while I was sitting down, I suddenly felt dizzy,light headed and weak.
Then my legs began to ache/feel very tired.

I couldn't figure what was what wrong, then I remembered it had been a good few hours since I had drank or ate anything.

Now my anxiety kills my appetite, so I can sometimes forget to eat :blush:

So I made a hot chocolate and ate some crackers, by the time I had finished I felt a sooo much better.

So I can only assume that my blood sugar was low or I was slightly dehydrated.

So maybe the next time you feel weak or dizzy try drinking and eating :)
