Anybody get a kind of feeling of Vertigo. I've got it constantly. Even when I get out of the car or something, or try to turn my head too quickly, I get so dizzy I have to stand still and try and stop myself from falling over. It's really scary and upsetting me a lot.

P.S I am getting very severe sore heads along with the dizzyness. I'm trying to come off all meds (diazapam and a week ago Escitalopram (which made me much worse)). The dizzyness was still happening on diazapam and I thought it might be that causing it. That's why I'm trying to stop (only on 6Mg a day). I just had to have one though to see if it relieves the sore heads and dizzyness a bit, as I have a parents night tonight with my 6yr old daughter and a meeting this afternoon at work and need to feel OK.
