I'm mainly wanted to post and ask if anyone gets anxious on the phone. In work I'm fine but when I have to phone from my house I get anxious. It's hard to keep calm and try and sound normal-that you havn't just gone running. Just had to make a smear test appointment- sitting in drs makes me anxious.
I havn't posted in a while I had another horrible depersonalisation moments again. Why are they so bad? It's really like you are living in a dream or looking at yourself from outside or something?

The only 'meds' i've ever been on it beta blockers. I've had anxiety for many years- got over panic through cbt techniques in a book! Only recently I've had beta blockers. My dr are not helpful and I hate taking medication
