View Full Version : Breathless and back and chest pain

I am having a tough time with breathlessness. For day, I feel short of breath when speaking and my chest and back are tight with migrating pain. I know this can be anxiety but I don't feel particularly anxious and I worked out hard on the elliptical machine for 30min today at lunch without a problem. Can someone in a better frame of mind tell me if I need to be worried?

Hello :) Even when your'e not worrying you still get symptoms! which can be really annoying. But you have just got to try and forget about it and it goes away and you really don't need to be worried at all you will be fine :)

If you can do a workout like that, there can't be much wrong. Keep up the exercise, it helps to get your breathing under control.

Thanks for the responses. I know I sound silly by asking a question like that but I really do appreciate the responses.
