I really wouldn't worry with red meat, its only chicken etc that you need to be careful with if its not cooked properly x

So why are you worried about it when if you think rationally that people eat it like this?

I don't like eating red meat with blood inside it. It grosses me out! So I always ask for my steaks to be well-done.

Before I had OCD I would eat totally raw steak and I loved it. The only meat I cared to cook enough was chicken.

I remember many times going to the butcher, buying steak, coming home, taking it out the bag and eating it then and there.

Anyway, I wouldnt worry that much about lamb.

I regularly cook lamb and beef rare leaving blood. It tastes better that way. Overcooking meat is potentially a bigger health hazard long term.

Chicken needs to be cooked properly though because of the risk of salmonella poisoning as does pork because of the risk of worms.
