Hey folks, I'm just curious if any of your symptoms are aggravated when it's really humid and muggy out. Just the other day I had a migraine out of the blue on the right side of my head and started to feel anxious. While I realized my headache was the result of the muggy weather, it still gave me the jitters like funny sensations in my arms, legs, and hands and throat tightness. Also, I've been feeling anxious more than usual (nothing severe though), so I was thinking it's because of the weather since the humidity in my area has been high for the past week or so.
