Ho all. 51 year old depression and GAD sufferer who (after 30 years on and off) has decided he's had enough of his life being ruled by this illness.
I want my life back.
Just spent 12 months on a diet of Zispin and Lyrica after a bit of a meltdown following the loss of my business and everything else thanks to the turn down in our economy here in Ireland.
Having a bad couple of weeks. Panic, anxiety, agoraphobic and all the associated negativity but ive decided enough is enough.
