getting cold

last night i got super cold all over my body and then i felt some mild panic, is getting cold like that a sign of an oncomming panic attack. because as we all know its been to hot to be an average cold just need some advice thanks

One of the common symptoms of panic is hot or cold flashes
Not something you want to hear I'm sure but hope it helps.

Hi Richard,
I get very cold during times of panic and anxiety, this is usually in my hands and arms, but also my legs and feet. It can be a really strange sensation as these areas become really clamy as well.
