Black stool

My stool seems to be very dark, not constipated and not loose. That plus to bloating and cramping ive had recently makes me worried however I have been taking pepto bismol for the last week or so and ive heard that can cause dark stools.

I have very dark stools after taking pepto , my doc says its normal :)

It will be the pepto-bismol that causing it. It tells you on the bottle that it may cause a temporary and harmless darkening of the stool.
