lower left abdominal pain

Hi guys i was wondering if anyone else ever had lower left abdominal pain it just above my left hip my doc seems to think its something to do with my bowel but im concerned its my kidneys

I get pain there and agree it is bowel pain

Thanks its just my mind run's wild sometimes and the medical encyclopaedia that is the internet never helps.

If it carries on though and is very painful you may need to find out why
