pin prick pains randomly throughout the day

as the title says! I get these pin pricking pains in random locations throughout the day and they are scaring me!
anyone have any experience/advice? my friend says its over worked nerves firing signals as they are constantly on alert releasing adrenalin with nothing to use the adrenalin on????

its true iv been to the doctors again today and i get jelly legs back ache and hip ache plus like a feeling some one is pricking a pin in my fingure or some were els he explained it was the adrenalin running around your body due to stress and constant worry i have about getting cancer.
