I feel spaced out ALL the time. I had DP/DR at 22 which resulted in me being housebound. I don't know.how but somehow I got through it (I was also prescribed ecitalopram at the time for my panic attacks.

Fast forward 4 years and I am back to square one. I have been housebound due to feeling constant anxiety and panic. Just a constant feeling of dread. Had so many changes in my life this year and 4.weeks ago.my nan passed.away. I suppose I have had a sort of delayed reaction. Just very numb. A few days after she passed..we were all over my grandad and the funeral director was due to arrive. I just came over all.strange and had to leave. I drove.home (never.have problems there luckily) and as soon as I lead down that's when I had one of the worst panic attacks of.my life. Could this of been triggered by my loss? I am going to lose my job at this rate!!

It is understandable that you will be feeling worse with everything going on this year. It has been the same for me, I was anxiety free for a year after almost 8 years of it then I had an accident 3 months ago and it has triggered my anxiety again. We have got through it before though so we can do it again. sending you :hugs:

Ive had a constant foggy head for around 3months, it came about when my anxiety started.

It has started to ease now, since ive been taking venlafaxine for 19 days.
My anxiety levels have lowered, my doctor said its all linked.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply!! I love the positivity and sorry to hear about your accident. But you seem like a very strong person and exactly as you said...We have been here before and came through!! xx

I had to go and see a ENT specialist, because i was so lightheaded and my ears are ringing all the time, he told me its all linked to my stress/anxiety levels in my body, and nothing to do with say my inner ear etc.

Have you read up on Depersonalization/Derealization? It's in the symptoms section. That is exactly how I can describe it.
